George Maronidis, Managing Partner, represented Maronidis & Associates Law Firm at the European Community Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (ECASBA), a sub-committee of FONASBA, European Seminar 2022 co- hosted by the International Maritime Union in Greece held in Athens. He was honoured by the invitation and gave a speech on the “Ship agent’s potential liability issues in smuggling cases under the presumption of the agent’s knowledge”.
